ABOUT HENRY KELLY
Henry Kelly has expertise in technology policy and has worked extensively on energy, information, education technology, and nuclear weapons. He has built and managed talented organizations in the federal government, National Laboratories, the US Congress, and NGOs. He helped define national priorities for research and policy in energy efficiency and renewable energy and directed some of the first major federal studies in these areas. He was deeply involved in technology policy in both the Clinton and Obama White House administrations in areas including energy, the environment, advanced manufacturing, information technology, next generation transportation, and use of technology to implement new approaches to learning.
