Hank has worked in the financial and real estate development business for more than 25 years. Initially, while practicing law, he represented many national lenders as their attorney. Subsequently Hank started a mortgage brokerage business and over the years has been instrumental in obtaining mortgages for several owners and developers in the Rocky Mountain and Southwest Regions-both conventional and SBA/USDA as well as \"private\" money. Hank also underwrites and places loans for SBA, USDA, BIA, HUD, FNMA, Freddie Mac, DUS and conventional money sources including life insurance companies.
