About Henry Gribbell
From my initial background as a 16 year old intern at the Massachusetts State House I have built a solid base of professional experience. I translated my quickly-learned passion for policy into a major in International Affairs. I strengthened my research skills through policy papers sponsored by the State Department; and I learned about the private sector\'s stake in geopolitics through my internship with an EU Lobbying Firm.By the time I graduated I had turned my solid base into a pillar of skill. I have been able to flex those skills through my time at CAF America. Starting as a risk-focused Associate I learned the ins and outs of international regulations. I reviewed hundreds of charities\' applications and honed my complex problem solving skills. Those skills proved a boon when I was promoted to Senior Project Associate where I carried out training and resource organization for the department. I introduced a mentorship program to help new hires learn better and faster and developed a deep appreciation for the understanding that teaching provides. My skills and newfound understanding saw me again promoted to Officer - Team Lead. Now managing 6 individuals I have improved upon the speed of my complex problems solving. I have become adept at program management and juggling competing priorities. I improved my team\'s metrics by 77% in one year and I am always looking for a new challenge.
