I am a general management executive with 15+ years of leadership experience in the food & CPG industry, spanning operations, strategy, and international business scaling across Europe and the United States.I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer at Bakerly (USA), where I lead company-wide execution, performance, and organizational scaling in a fast-growing environment. My role covers operations, supply chain, finance leadership, and cross-functional alignment, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and execution excellence.Prior to this role, I was part of the executive leadership team of Norac Foods, where I contributed to group strategy, governance, and international expansion as Group CFO. This experience strengthened my ability to operate at shareholder and board level while driving transformation across multiple countries.Earlier in my career, I spent nearly eight years at innocent drinks (The Coca-Cola Company), holding senior leadership roles across Western Europe. I led regional business performance and operations across France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, managing complex organizations and multi-country teams.In parallel, I served as an elected Board Member of B Lab France, contributing to the governance and development of the B Corp movement and advising purpose-driven organizations at national level.I am passionate about building high-performing leadership teams, scaling organizations, and combining operational excellence with long-term strategic vision.
