I pursue workers compensation and personal injury settlements for claimants. Sometimes the cases can not be settled, so I prepare for trial and seek a judgement for the client. My firm has represented over clients since 1986. We only represent claimants. We don\'t get paid until the case is resolved. All fees in Workers Compensation are subject to approval by the Judge of Compensation. Fees for personal Injury cases follow the NJ Rules of Court fee schedule. We are successful in making a recovery of money for our clients more than 99% of the time.
