I am currently navigating a career transition from the corporate and startup world into independent school fundraising and development, where I support the Development Office at St. Anne’s Episcopal School across both the Annual Fund and our ongoing Capital Campaign. In this role, I apply my strengths in project management, business development, and relationship building to coordinate donor outreach, manage campaign operations, and help drive strategic initiatives that advance the school’s mission.My background includes earning an MBA from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business with a focus in entrepreneurship and finance, as well as experience at MVF and other high-growth environments where I identified strategic growth initiatives, analyzed large data sets to guide decisions, and partnered with leadership to implement impactful solutions. This combination of analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder-focused work has allowed me to bring a fresh perspective and operational rigor to the nonprofit education space.I’m motivated by opportunities that allow me to build relationships, manage complex projects, and contribute to mission-driven growth—whether in independent schools, education-focused organizations, or innovative companies working to create meaningful impact.
