The existing structure is Cast-In-Place concrete and the expansion will be structural steel. We are also expanding with a ground-up horizontal three-story building to the women\'s labor and delivery department. This portion of the project will include relocating the main Oxygen yard farm.Completed Projects as Project Manager20••••23HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Facility renovation: This project has multiple phases and multiple projects. This includes renovations to the Robotics Operating Rooms, Sterile Processing Department, laboratories, endoscopy floors, new surgery center, kitchen upgrades, new waiting areas, new ICU floor, and new pre-recovery space. This project won Excellence in Construction 2024 for ABC Houston, APEX Gold for AGC Healthcare Renovation, and an Award of Merit in Healthcare with ENR Texas and Louisiana. 20••••22:ION District Parking Garge - Owner: Rice Management Company / Rice University and Hines.
