About Henry Beyer
One of the things I love to do is go on outdoor adventures with my son. As a family, we mountain bike, ski, hike, camp, climb, and sail together. And I want to continue doing all of that for as long as I\'m able. That\'s why I\'m so fanatical about fitness. As a strength and conditioning coach my number one goal its to keep people, just like you, off \"The Bench\" and in \"The Game,\" so to speak. We all have dreams. Things we\'ve always wanted to try or do. Poor physical fitness should never be the limiting factor in pursuing them. There are many measures of Quality of Life. For me, being able to do the things that bring one JOY is on the top of that list. And physical fitness is key to making it all happen. Wherever you are and whatever you enjoying do, I hope to run into you out on the \"The Trail.\"
