About Henry Ardiff
I\'m a positive, extrovert who has a wide background in converting processes. I cut my teeth as a coatings formulator for films, expanded to become a formulator of multilayer film constructions, and now formulate composites based on fibers and fabrics. I understand the chemistry and physics at an appropriate level to solve coating and composite problems in a commercially acceptable range.I\'m comfortable with solvent-based, water-based and 100% solids coatings and many types of coating techniques, both active and passive. Vacuum metallizing (atomic layer deposition), laminating, embossing and slitting are also in my wheelhouse. There is an old saying,\"Find a job you love, and you\'ll never work a day in your life.\" Me. That was written about me. If I didn\'t love my wife and family as much as I do, I would put on my headstone.
