ABOUT HENRIQUE DRIESSEN

I started in architecture. Moved into real estate development. And spent enough time inside the industry to understand that a great product is necessary. It is just not sufficient. The developments that underperform rarely have a product problem. They have a thinking problem. A failure to understand that taking a real estate project to market is a discipline of its own, one that generic agencies and corporate playbooks were never built for. The industry deserved people who understood it from the inside. So in 2018, I left to build that from scratch. What started as one person with a clear point of view is now a team of 100+ working across more than $5 billion in real estate value, in markets spanning the US, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. We work across the full go-to-market stack: commercial intelligence, positioning, brand, visual assets, buyer journey, and sales enablement. Not as separate scopes handed off between vendors. As one integrated system, built around the project from day zero. The work is always the same at its core: close the gap between a developer\'s vision and how that vision needs to be packaged to reach the right audience. Real estate is not for everyone. Every project has a finite number of units. We build the system that finds the right people, and makes them believe. Most launches treat positioning as a deliverable. Something you brief after the product is ready. I treat it as infrastructure. Built early, or the project pays the price. If you are building something worth believing in, let\'s talk. elephant-skin.com
