ABOUT HENRI NICOLAS
My entire carrier was done around Composite parts, technical and business.I started in France in 95 as Production (Operations) manager for road cars bodywork parts using RTM technology. Then I moved to a R&D and program manager position within the same company, Sotira.I moved to England (British American Racing) then Italy (Ferrari) to achieve my dream, i.e. Formula one Composites structural prepreg parts during 10 years and 5 F1 constructor World titles.Back to France to work on Airbus A350 XWB -900 composite fuselage, I started on the nose with Latécoère (Section 12 and lower unit), then on Section 15 as the Engineering manager for Spirit Aerosystems. I was part of the Spirit France creation as the first Spirit France employee and created the Toulouse team. I consider that we succeeded with the delivery of the first A350-900 Section 15 MSNs to Airbus. Then, I felt ready to face a new exciting challenge.I so decided to join Infosys, an Indian company in March 2013 to develop the Engineering Aerospace business in Europe. That was mainly a commercial job, with Customer relationship, opening new businesses around IT (run and change for Aerospace Engineering applications). But also running the delivery business. After my wife loss in 2015, I had to pause and take care of my kids. In 2016, I felt ready to face a new challenge. In July, I left Toulouse and joint Stelia Composites, subsidiary of Airbus Group, near Bordeaux, as technical manager. My main skills:Team builder as main driver.Project and business management around composite parts and IT from pre-concept to Delivery.Short Schedule, work under pressure. In love with new challenges
