   Mentice develops simulation solutions for Image Guided Interventional Therapies (IGIT).We help Healthcare Professionals and MedTech industry leaders to improve - by facilitating procedural and device adoption, knowledge transfer, building relationships and focusing on continuous improvement. The benefits of training with Mentice solutions are validated and well documented enhancing clinical performance, reducing cost, and in the long term, improving patient safety.As Chief Technology Officer, I head up all R&D activities globally, including an innovation team, SW platform design, and software and hardware product development. We have several development sites world wide, where our virtual and physical simulation solutions are developed. The R&D teams at Mentice typically develop and manufacture customized products for large Medical Device companies, as well as our own internal generic simulation solutions.Supporting the Business Development and Sales activities worldwide though demos, project estimations, product development planning and deeper technical discussion is an important part of my daily tasks. Global patent strategy and maintenance is also under my responsibility.Helped to initially develop and managed our ISO 9001 Quality Management System from 20••••22.Member of the Executive Management Team at Mentice since 2014.
