After the successful merger of Griff Kapital into Formue Norge, I have worked as a project manager within Investment Operations, spanning the two business lines “Investments” and “Operations” at Formue. As the company continues to grow in both Norway and Sweden my current role is all about finding optimal solutions and enhance digitalization for Investment Operations at Formue. Investment Operations covers the processes of client portfolio reporting, order management and execution, custody, discretionary portfolio management and information we distribute to our clients on investment solutions. The role reports to the top management at Formue.At Formue, we take a long-term view with respect to the firm’s relationships and in preserving and developing the wealth of our clients. Formue is the largest privately-owned wealth management firm in the Nordic area. We manage approximately NOK 128 billion on behalf of families, institutions and organizations. Our core areas of expertise are strategic and dynamic asset allocation, manager selection and relationship management. The capital entrusted to us by our clients is managed by best-in-class third party international, Norwegian and Swedish managers across all asset classes. We offer our clients a bespoke, comprehensive service. That is why we also advise on art investments and philanthropy, services and activities that have become increasingly important to our clients. We have a local presence across Norway with offices in all major cities, and additional offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö serving a growing client base in Sweden. In June of 2014, Formue opened an office in London where a part of the investment team is now based.
