This is accomplished by first and foremost an evaluation to make sure there\'s cohesiveness between the new entity and SVA\'s Core Value, which is:\"We believe in one-another and we believe that Team will always be stronger and more successful than the individuals on their own\" therefore \"together we shall stand!\" Pairing the new entities, which operate under one common goal. Hands on training is essential and the involvement of SVA until such time that either the desired exit has been achieved, or the company is at a self-sustaining level with comfortable profits which were set as goals, and beyond!
