ABOUT HENRI CLEMENCON
Henri CLEMENCON has spent most of his career in the Total Group. He started as an exploration geophysicist and took larger and larger responsibilities in successive subsidiaries: geophysicist in Canada (19••••80), Senior Geophysicist in Indonesia (19••••82), Chief Geophysicist in Argentina (19••••86) and in Scotland (19••••89) and GOM Exploration Manager (19••••90) – VP Geosciences and Project Evaluation for the US. From 1992 to 2002, Henri was responsible for the elaboration and management of the Worldwide Exploration/Appraisal Budget of the Total Group. In 2002, he became Director of the Geosciences Techniques Division and stayed the Corporate Chief Geophysicist, a position he had assumed since 1998. In 2006, he joined the North Sea Management Team before leaving for Kuwait in 2009 where he was the Total Representative until he retired in 2011.
