Having worked in planning for twenty years I have an established and robust knowledge of the industry. I deal with a mixed and varied work load of applications and appeals including large scale strategic residential planning applications. I have a large experience base of smaller residential schemes of both flats and dwellings, mixed use sites, educational establishments, commercial schemes and heritage applications. I liaise with Local Planning Authorities on behalf of my clients by submitting pre application enquiries and planning applications, many of which have specific constraints such as Green Belt, Flooding and SPA. I have submitted representations to the Council to promote sites on behalf of my clients, presented at planning committee, attended Local Plan examinations in public and defended planning appeals at informal hearings.
