I have 26 years of global leadership experience, as an entrepreneur and as a corporate executive, in delivering high and sustainable growth either re-igniting failing regions or operations and with the establishment of new markets, primarily for IT solutions delivered as SaaS and to the network level. I have extensive experience in M&A and post-acquisition integration management, having been acquired 4 times and as an acquirer 4 times. I am Specialized in sales models ranging from high volume transactional, low value & telesales led with AOV of $3k to $15k to regional field sales with AOV of $15k to $50k, to Enterprise sales complex solution sales with order value from $150k to $ Multi-Million - often in a combination of the above. I am a hands-on, team success-focused leader. In my career, I have met and exceeded my personal, team, and divisional targets every year. I live in Munich, Germany and fluently speak 3 languages (Swedish, German, English, basic Spanish)
