As a Diversity and Inclusion (DEI) professional with over 10 years of experience in different aspects, I\'m thrilled to work at AstraZeneca as part of the global Inclusion and Diversity team supporting and managing the global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). My passion for creating social impact through inclusivity and the sense of belonging, focused on intersectionality and identity has been my drive. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition and management, I\'ve expanded my expertise to develop and implement global DEI initiatives.
