ABOUT ENIOLA AFOLABI

Improved learning environments can remarkably transform the ability of any individual to learn, thrive and succeed. With a decade\'s experience in teaching, I have developed the ability to nurture minds and improve learning through the use of creative educational content and effective teaching methods. I transitioned into Educational Technology to explore the various means of solving problems in education with technology then worked with numerous institutions to improve learning outcomes. I have also facilitated professional development workshops where we trained teachers and instructors on classroom management skills; teaching methods and introducing technology and innovation into curriculums and instruction. I am keen on improving and maintaining innovation and inclusivity in educational systems. For the past year, I have studied Educational Leadership and Management to enhance my leadership and organizational skills and to deepen my knowledge on providing support for teachers and children, especially those with learning disabilities.
