I am the kind of person who reads RBI circulars for fun and considers API documentation light reading.That might sound odd. But it is exactly what makes me useful to the Fintech teams I work with.I focus entirely on one sector: Financial Technology. Not broadly \"tech\" specifically the infrastructure,integrations, compliance workflows, and scalability challenges that Fintech companies face as they grow. Ido this through WOLFx (wolfx.io), a technology company that builds and maintains custom software forFintech clients across the US and UK.Here is what I spend most of my time on:Talking to Fintech founders, CTOs, and product managers about where their current tech stack is holdingthem back. Identifying gaps in payment infrastructure, KYC pipelines, fraud detection systems, and APIarchitectures. Connecting those gaps to WOLFx\'s engineering team who have solved similar problemsbefore. Making introductions, sharing resources, and occasionally being the person who says \"we haveseen this before here is what worked.\"I am not a traditional salesperson. I do not do cold pitches. I do not send templated messages aboutsynergies or exciting opportunities.What I do is build a network of smart Fintech professionals people building payment products, lendingplatforms, neobanks, insurance tech, and investment tools and stay useful to them over time. Some ofthose relationships eventually lead to work.
