Leading an elite group of adhesive engineers to cover the tier1 suppliers for GFSH. Enjoy co-developing and trouble shooting the materials/related processes with our tier2/3/4 vendors in plastics/rubbers/coating industries. Working extensively on polymeric materials used for batteries/interiors/exteriors parts. An industry veteran with a vast network of supplier resouces both in Asia and North America. Developing new methods/processes/suppliers to cut cost and improve performance during the industrialization process. Run DFM, root cause investigations for quality and manufacturing engineering. Audit and evaluate suppliers on their engineering/quality/organization capabilities.
