In 10+ years building enterprise data platforms, there was always a wall we couldn\'t solve with technology alone.No matter how mature a data platform is, business users always need to enrich enterprise data with domain-specific information to make daily decisions.While some teams are advanced enough to help themselves, most need to rely on a ticket for help. And by the time a ticket gets resolved, the business has moved on. They can\'t wait on IT, but they can\'t afford dedicated BI experts either. This is a structural gap that creates frustration on both sides so we built Symplik to bridge it. We run Data Office Hours on behalf of data teams to turn Power BI consumers into creators.
