I had the privilege during the last 25 years to lead design and construction teams who successfully completed some of the world’s most prestigious and complex construction projects. One of my career highlights was helping to realize Nelson’s Mandela’s dream to develop a heritage precinct that is seen as a global icon of humanity and freedom. I am extremely proud that my achievements were recognized by the United States Government – an E-category (also known as the Einstein category) green card was awarded to me two years ago. The unique decision support model for the assessment of construction delay claims I developed is currently being utilized in several countries. My recently published book on construction delay analysis is now available on Amazon.I am passionate to give back to the industry through education. As an industry professor, I am teaching Construction Management, Construction Contracts / Delay Assessment in a PMI accredited Master\'s Degree Program. I served as the President of the Association of Schools of Construction SA and published several research papers on delay claim analysis, construction management, leadership, project management system development, etc.
