Manages implementation of overall Audit strategy and the delivery of the internal Audit plan across all businesses within Siemens in North East AsiaDenes and ensures implementation of overall Audit strategy, principles, and respective global Audit plans for the North East Asia region.Plans and implements regional Audit policies, guidelines and processes, according to respective legal requirements. Decides on budgets and resource allocation.Identies, analyzes, evaluates, and monitors key business risk, and derives programs to ensure risk mitigation. Ensures compliance of all business and nancial operations with relevant legal regulations and corporate policies, in cooperation with accountable Senior Management.Sets up Audit engagement plans, and oversees completion.Cooperates with Senior Management to decide on action plans to solve critical compliance risks or issues. Provides regional Audit reports.Heads overall organization assigned, and leads all related management and staff. Fully own the client relationship to senior management.Establish, maintain and leverage relationships globally with other parts of CF A and of Siemens overall (e.g. Corporate Finance, Businesses).Contribute to recruiting activities; identify top talent and participate in interviews.
