I don’t just advocate for inclusion—I help organizations and the world operationalize it.As Vice President of Disability Outreach & Empowerment and Editor-in-Chief of Quest Media at the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), I lead efforts to elevate the voices, stories, and needs of the neuromuscular disease community—while equipping individuals and families with the tools, information, and resources to live fully and independently.My work sits at the intersection of media & storytelling, leadership, and disability inclusion—translating lived experience into insight that drives more inclusive systems, stronger communities, and better business outcomes.I am also a keynote speaker, author, and advocate focused on helping organizations (and beyond) rethink how they approach disability—not as a limitation to accommodate, but as a perspective that can unlock innovation, resilience, and growth. Through my work, I challenge leaders to move beyond intention and into action, embedding accessibility and inclusion into the fabric of how they operate.With a 20-year background in high-tech, I bring a systems-thinking approach to inclusion—connecting strategy, culture, and lived experience to create environments where more people can thrive. My advocacy spans accessible air travel, accessibility, equitable employment, and authentic representation of disability across media and culture.I am the author of The Truth About Things That Suck, a candid exploration of resilience, mindset, and navigating life’s harder moments.
