About Chris Henderson

My legal practice focuses on trusts and estates, elder law, estate planning, guardianship, benefits advocacy and probate and related litigation. This includes everything from trial and appellate work to preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives and advising clients regarding assisted living needs and medicare, medicaid and social security benefits.From this experience and my-law years as a software developer, I am developing and applied AI tools to effectively augment my litigation practice. I co-founded SlingTech.AI to support plaintiff and advocacy litigators facing better resourced opposition. The symposium culminated in an edition of the Washington Law Review edited by me, Framing Legal and Human Rights Strategies for Change: A Case Study of Disability Rights in Asia 83 Wash. Law. Rev. 43•••08).Before deciding to apply my problem-solving skills to law, I was a software developer and executive for several years in the San Francisco Bay area.
