An accomplished Human Capital Investment Specialist with more than 2 decades of rich experience which includes extensive work experience in Corporate and Academic, with the domain of specialization being OD and strategic management. As part of my corporate experience I have been exposed to various Industries such as L&D, Finance, Media and Healthcare. I have been involved in all the gamut of HR - from Recruitment to Exit of an Employee life cycle. My strength areas are Executive Coaching, Counselling, Talent Management, Organizational Change Management, Corporate Score card, Psychometric assessment and Employee Engagement. A strong understanding of Statutory Compliance have assisted me in forming the base of handling issues related to formulation of Polices, Employee Relations, HR Audit and many other areas of HR. I am also a Coach on InspireOne\'s Leadership assessment tools, including the Leadership Orientation Questionnaire (LOQ) and Sentio Tools, and have conducted DC & coaching sessions for participants across industries. Certified \'Design Thinking\' Trainer.My passion for Human Capital Management was greatly supported by my desire for continuous learning, perfectionism, and creativity. A divergent thinker, with an imaginative mind has helped me to foresee & formulate a vision map for the set Goal and inspire others towards it.
