I am a creative self-starter, with an optimistic outlook and the tenacity to turn ideas into reality. I am a builder, an enhancer, a realistic dreamer. After working in full time employment for almost a decade, I took a brave step to work for myself. I wanted to challenge myself and push the boundaries of what I thought I could achieve. As a result, the work I do today is hugely varied- Generalist Marketing for businesses of all shapes and sizes and types of people (i.e. marketing strategy and advising/supporting activities across the marketing spectrum with an in-depth understanding of PR and Publicity)- Running Curlicue, a sustainable business focused on JOY (gift wrap, gifts, party decorating, set decorating for parties, seasonal events etc.)- Events & Field specialist which is my favourite type of work because it means I get to play in the intersection of marketing communications and joyful experiences (launch parties, panel events, B2B trade conferences, name an event and I\'ve probably done it!)When I\'m not working you\'ll find me escaping into the worlds of TV, film, books and theatre.
