Hi, I’m Hemavathi I completed my Master of Science in Mathematics (2018–2020) and am currently pursuing a PGDM at LIBA, Chennai (Batch 2025–2027)(Part time) to grow my career and expand into the management domain.I work at KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd.(KGL) as an Editorial Associate, handling manuscripts for Taylor & Francis follows an open, post-publication peer review system. My role involves in-depth technical checks — including ethical approvals, data availability, consent requirements, and methodology review — before manuscripts go into production. Even with a mathematics background, I’ve been able to handle both medical and engineering manuscripts, and I enjoy learning something new every day.Previously, I worked at Straive as a Journal Editorial Officer (JEO) for Springer. I managed manuscripts from submission to final decision using platforms like Editorial Manager and Submarine. My responsibilities included handling new submissions, revisions, acceptances, rejections, and addressing queries from authors, editors, and production teams.Apart from publishing, I’ve always had an interest in coding and analytics. During my UG, I studied C, C++, and Java, and later deepened my knowledge in C and Java programming. Curious about where the world is heading, I asked myself,\"What is Data Analytics?\" — and that question led me to explore and complete a Data Analytics course.
