   As the recruitment manager for two entire DUs—IAM (Integrated Asset Management) and EPS (Enterprise Performance Services)—I have been responsible for overseeing various aspects of the hiring process. This includes sourcing talent with vanilla, niche, and super-niche skills and managing the entire gamut of sub-con, lateral, and intern hiring. One of the key responsibilities I have in this role is the implementation of best practices, metrics, and continuous improvement. This involves identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes. By tracking and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), we can identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve our recruitment efforts. As the leader of the recruitment team, I work closely with a team of recruiters. One of my key responsibilities is to set individual and team targets, as well as develop strategies to achieve these targets. These targets are aligned with the demand-supply plan and the competency expectations of the organization. To ensure smooth operations and effective recruitment, I actively participate in weekly vertical meetings and conference calls with stakeholders. These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss recruitment challenges, identify gaps in our recruitment processes, and collaborate on resolving any issues that may arise. By maintaining open lines of communication and working closely with stakeholders, we can align our recruitment efforts with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
