I’m a design leader with 22+ years of experience helping organisations build better products, and better ways of working around design.My work sits at the intersection of design strategy, team leadership, and execution systems. Beyond hands-on design, I focus on shaping how design functions inside an organisation: the roles we hire for, the responsibilities we define, the processes we follow, and the standards we hold.I’ve built and led lean, high-impact teams, mentored designers and creatives, established workflows that improve clarity and accountability, and partnered with external development teams to ensure design intent carries through to production.Today, I work as a Design Director / Head of Design (fractional or consulting), helping organisations scale design maturity, improve execution quality, and build systems that allow teams to do their best work consistently.I’m particularly interested in roles where design leadership is expected to influence both outcomes and culture.
