My name is Hemanth and this is my journey so far, As a young spirited boy in my adolescent age, I moved to the city to pursue a Chartered Accountant(CA) study. I began my journey by cracking prerequisite exams and applying for an apprentice. I gained practical experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, and other related services by working with practicing Chartered Accountants. Post CA qualification, I started my career as a Regulatory reporting analyst at Barclays. I’m currently working under Capital and RWA reporting, arising from the bank’s activities to the Federal Reserve Board.

   I have extensive experience working on the Basel framework and regulatory reporting for a US Intermediate Holding Company, with a primary focus on credit risk. I possess in-depth knowledge of the Federal Reserve’s regulations and reporting guidelines, along with a strong understanding of business processes and financial products.During my tenure, I have assisted in the preparation of various fixed forms and RWA reporting to the Federal Reserve. I have worked closely with Risk Control Self-Assessment audits and collaborated with internal audit teams, addressing queries from stakeholders such as the Federal Reserve and senior management. Additionally, I have successfully streamlined processes by partnering with tech teams to automate workflows, establishing control mechanisms that ensure the delivery of accurate and precise reports.
