Dear Sir/Madam,I completed Mechanical Engineering graduation in 2014 with 10+ years of manufacturing experience. I have a diverse engineering background with valuable experience in the 5axis, 4axis,3axis CNCMilling and Multi axis Turning Programming. I contribute strong in RFQ stages like Cycle time Estimation, machine & cutting tool selection, Cost estimation. I have CNC programming & prove out experience at various machines like VMC 5axis, HMC 4axis, VMC with rotary table, MILL TURN, TURN MILL & Vertical Turning Machines for various machine controller like Fanuc, siemens & Heidenhain.I had Good Hands on experience in generating CNC programming by using CATIA & NX software\'s and Validate NC codes using Vericut Tool.Experience in handling various Aerospace grade materials like Aluminum, PH steel, Titanium & Inconel.I had Good hands on experience in 3D Modeling of Aerostructures, Engine components, sheet metal, Tool design using surface modeling and any critical components. I contribute in developing New Process plan for machining fixtures design, Sheet metal Forming Tools, Drill jigs, & Vacuum fixtures for Aero structure parts.I had Good Team Management and professional communication skills that help bridge gaps between planning, Engineering and quality. I am a hard worker and consistently put forth the extra effort to make My team’s goal a reality
