BluePrints Infinite (BPI) is an application used by agents to solve customer queries, field technicians for quick understanding of different flows which helps them in installation of different devices and troubleshoot if any issues. BPI interacts with various internal Bell sources via APIs to fetch and display the information. • Participate in PI Planning Sessions and share inputs, story points for the user stories span the entire PI. • Create API test cases using ReadyAPI to test the functionality of APIs. • Execute the API test cases once the end point is ready including the exception scenarios using test data. • Once the code is stable in DEV, push it to SFT using Azure Pipelines and test the stories using production data. • Perform E2E testing to validate the integration of upstream and downstream applications. • Validate the DB changes in Cassandra. • Validate Kafka topics and how the data is being consumed. • Support Prod pipeline testing, and the Prod deployments.
