ABOUT HEMANT GANDHI

I have been in the Animation industry for 19 years now. When I started out, resources were limited. Such a scenario gave me an opportunity to learn and deliver at various levels. Because of my long term and excellent past-experience as an Animator/Lead/Supervisor, prepared me for the required disciplined Quality delivery as well as mentoring. I have worked on several reputed International projects, which have won BAAFTA Awards and FICCI Awards. Having worked on all types of projects, TV Shows, DVDs, CG feature films, Vfx Films, Games has made me versatile and easy adaptability of any kind of projects. My many times demonstrated in the past, adapted to specific production-needs creative-process / production time improving ideas was very much valuable for the company. I\'m very innovative, and in the past, I introduced to my employers many timesaving ideas in the different creative-processes. Specialties: As an individual, I adapt quickly to new environments and methods. I have had the experience of working in different platforms, softwares, and tools. I make sure that working is fun for the people involved and the product is packaged with a sense of humour. My sense of planning is sharp and I can schedule things with a lot of foresight. I have designed a professional animation training program and am glad to train students who want to pursue there career in animation and also advanced level animation training for the professionals and fresh graduates who started working in the industry.
