Presently working in Drilco a part of schlumberger company, as a EAR Production superversior East and South africa region.Present Job Profile:Working as a Production Supervisor with SCHLUMBERGER (DRILCO) in EAR region.Mainly Job responsibilities are in this profile: arrange the production planning and router of jobs and employees, trouble shooting of machine and products problem, maintain the tooling stock, working as a gauge room head to maintain the gauges record, maintain calibration record internal and external calibration, possibility of in house calibration instruments, and follow up the Quality procedure job receiving and final dispatch, create a work order for Production, and feedback the customer complaints, serve of customer to our product and customer relationship.Production planning and shift rotation per week, handle the document daily production report, weekly production, and monthly production, customer jobs quotations and invoice\'s.Customer Meets and discussion about the new work orders and finished worked feedback.Knowledge of Operate and Set-up, Troubleshooting the CNC machine according to Tenaris Hydril premium connection and familiar the threading operation casing, tubing, drill pipe,HWDP and tool joints, cross- over’s, pup-joint and accessories etc.Knowledge of Thread, API Casing & Tubing (LTC, BTC, SLC, 8 RD), API Rotary Shoulder (spec 7-1) connections, NOV GP : DS55 & HT55 Thread connection, Baker Hughes T2 Thread.
