Natural leadership abilities took over having lead class in secondary school and in the 9th grade becoming the House Captain and heading the house to victory. Junior College in Commerce, graduate - Bachelors in Management Studies and post graduate - Masters - PGeMBA instilled the passion for Marketing and Branding. In Feb 2006, Joined ADS Advertising Pvt Ltd - a mid sized Out of Home/BTL/Retail branding and Events agency. Started off as a trainee then moved on to do Client Servicing then escalated to Business Development in Mumbai region, thereafter spent a year at Delhi assisting the Founder Chairman, went on to handle Business Development for West region alongside setting up offices in MP at Indore and Bhopal and handling clients there. KRA\'s included - Client Servicing, Execution on ground, Concept Ideation, Prospective Client Presentations, Strategy/Concept Presentations, Business Development, Vendor handling, Team Management.Oct 2010 - Joined Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd.Since 2010 have travelled to almost 100+ major Towns and Cities in India, another 75+ district places with multiple visits to most of them for Market understanding, Network development to ensure sustainable and long term Business from both Retail and Project markets. Have also travelled to several countries including Singapore, China, Thailand, UAE, Switzerland, Germany, Malaysia etc with multiple visits to most of them. Here the focus has been Market understanding, setting up and attending Exhibitions, Factory visits, Presentations, Business Development, Training.
