Perform pipeline front-end constructability reviews and field execution planning Produce the project construction deliverables to the schedules set by the Project Manager Oversee the quality of the project construction deliverables Ensure the implementation of the project procedures Ensure staffing levels are in accordance with work force plans Oversee, monitor and manage project construction contractor(s) Supervise contract administration (claims, penalties, acceleration etc) Monitor project status in terms of time, quality and cost Coordinate site construction activities, identify and manage all stakeholders Scope change management (site instructions, variations, etc) Contribute to package cost and schedule reviews Provide feedback/input during the recruitment process to ensure qualified personnel are selected Integrate activities of contractors, consultants, users and senior management. Liaise with appropriate Client representatives; Identify technical and functional problems and coordinate resolution as appropriate Review and approve/decline progress claims and variations Oversee close-out activities of the construction site.
