Actively promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship across urban and rural areas of Indore district.Represent the MP Government in industrial, compliance, and arbitration matters at the District and High Court.Successfully led a year-long cross-departmental initiative in FY 2024–25 to industrialize all 334 village panchayats of Indore, providing land, loans, and subsidies in collaboration with banks and various government departments. The initiative achieved 100% rural industrialisation and was officially recognized by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.Coordinate with public sector banks to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursal to eligible beneficiaries under PMEGP, CM-Udhyam kranti Yojana, and other government programs.Engaged in land acquisition and coordination with the Revenue Department for development of new industrial areas. Also manage encroachment removal and infrastructure upkeep to ensure the smooth functioning of existing industrial clusters.
