As a Product Manager and lifelong tech enthusiast, I’m passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems. With 12+ years of experience across diverse domains, I specialize in scaling ideas through collaborative workshops, customer research, business process mapping, and product roadmapping.Currently, I serve as Manager, Product Management for Tekion’s Dealer Management System – Automotive Retail Cloud, where I lead the Parts Product Team in India. I’m proud to work with a team of rock star product managers as we reimagine what parts departments at automotive dealerships can be. Our goal is to innovate beyond legacy systems and revamp traditional ERP user experiences, helping dealerships streamline operations, boost efficiency, and enhance service delivery.Tekion is a Silicon Valley-based cloud platform transforming the automotive retail landscape—and being part of that journey keeps me inspired every day.Previously, I played a key role in launching TataNeu, the Tata Group’s super app, where I was responsible for end-to-end customer experience across four categories: Hotels, Entertainment, F&B, and Watches. My career also includes impactful stints in consumer retail, where I helped businesses shape their tech and product strategies from the ground up.At Deloitte, some of my impactful assignments include drafting the Adtech product strategy for a media giant, loyalty product strategy for a leading mall, launching a new retail format for a large hypermarket, and building a visualization commerce engine for a fabric retailer.Beyond product management, I’m deeply passionate about mentorship—especially helping aspiring PMs transition into the role and thrive.
