I\'m a Game Developer turned Project Coordinator, passionate about managing teams, streamlining communication, and delivering high-quality digital products. With 1 year and 8 months of hands-on experience in game development — including casual games, educational games, and hyper-casual titles — I discovered my natural strength lies more in coordination and leadership than just coding. Currently, I’m working as a Project Coordinator, handling multiple mobile app and web development projects built using Flutter and WordPress. I lead client communication, align team tasks with project goals, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery — all while continuing to learn and grow in the project management space. I’m also diving into SaaS-based projects, sharpening my communication skills, and preparing to handle international clients. My goal is to evolve into a Game Producer / Project Manager, someone who takes ownership of a project from concept to final release, ensuring clarity, creativity, and collaboration at every stage. Currently learning Agile, Scrum, Jira, and actively applying these in real-world projects. I don’t just want to build projects — I want to lead them.
