Consultant – State Support Mission (SSM), NITI AayogAs a Consultant in NITI Aayog’s State Support Mission, I contribute to transforming state-level governance through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and collaborative partnerships. The SSM aimed to assist States and Union Territories in developing and implementing their Vision @ 2047 aligned with national priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Support the establishment and strengthening of State Institutions for Transformation (SITs) to enhance planning and policy implementation capabilities. • Collaboration with state governments to develop and refine their Vision @ 2047 and associated roadmaps. • Assist in enhancing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems and data analytics frameworks for evidence-based decision-making. • Facilitate partnerships with Knowledge Institutions, development partners, and multilateral agencies to leverage expertise and resources. • Contribute to the creation of a knowledge-sharing platform for states to exchange best practices and innovative solutions. Impact:Play a pivotal role in fostering cooperative federalism and supporting states in achieving their developmental goals through structured and institutionalized engagement.
