I\'m a well-versed quality leader with a decade of experience in the field of Validation, Automation Data Integrity, and Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry/life sciences. I love to speak and share my knowledge and also like to be part of different conferences to learn other industry professionals perceptions. I have been part of speaking at different conferences and webinars and I was a panelist in the recent webinar Next Generation Validation/Quality Leadership and a speaker at the KenX Validation University and Future Labs.Throughout my experience with pharmaceuticals, I have worn different hats, such as Project Engineer, Equipment Engineer, Automation Systems Administrator, Manufacturing Engineer, and part-time Project Manager. I enjoy talking about the validation and automation process, and how to break it down for particular projects. I have played a critical role in getting systems started and have communicated effectively to resolve issues and adhere to project timelines.I have collaborated closely with IT, Equipment, Automation, Quality Control, Analytical Development Engineering, and Field Operations to accelerate validation delivery by reducing the significant amount of time. I have also been involved in transformation projects that can reduce and transform existing gaps into a robust process, and I have made training and presentations accessible to non-expert users.Overall, I am a Computer System Validation Expert with a Master’s Degree focused in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Alabama, and I am a strong information technology professional. I am currently entertaining as a IT Manager Quality at Eli Lilly.
