Hello world. I am an adept user experience designer with a strong foundation in human factors engineering. My expertise lies in employing qualitative and quantitative research methods to synthesize functions, objectives, and constraints for products, rooted in a deep understanding of users\' psychology and physiology. Specialties: • Information Architecture • User Research • Ethnographic Research • Usability Testing • Prototyping • Heuristic Evaluation • I create usable, memorable and accessible layouts and experiences for products by collaborating with product, development and support teams. My adaptability and willingness to learn enable me to bridge the gap between product and development, identifying root causes for issues and collaborating on technically feasible solutions. At heart, I am driven to enhance the usability of products or services, striving to bring more ease, convenience, and safety to the users I serve. I am excited to contribute my skills and expertise in my next role to create transformative experiences for users.I started off in Mechanical Engineering and found my way into Consulting, where I learned how to conduct many different type of research techniques, such as ethnographic studies. From there, I found the field of Human Factors and User Experience and was enamored with the idea of improving the usability of products and services to keep people safe and satisfied. With my past experiences, in academics, as a solo-designer as as a Team Lead, I have a unique perspective to find gaps and come up with creative solutions.
