As an Integrative Performance Specialist, I am passionate about unlocking human potential through innovative approaches to sensory and primitive reflex integration. My work centres around helping individuals - particularly children and athletes - overcome developmental or performance barriers by addressing foundational reflexes and enhancing vestibular, ocular, and cognitive systems.Through personalized assessments and targeted interventions, I focus on- Primitive Reflex Integration: Resolving retained reflexes that may impede physical, emotional, or cognitive growth- Sensory Development: Supporting the body’s ability to process and respond effectively to sensory inputs- Vestibular-Ocular Rehabilitation: Improving balance, coordination, and visual-motor skills critical for success in sports, academics, and daily life- Cognitive Optimization: Strengthening focus, memory, and problem-solving capabilities to enhance overall performance.My approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of individual needs, allowing clients to experience growth that supports both immediate goals and long-term success.
