Graduation: Safety Officer (Brazilian Labor Ministry with CREA registration). HSE supervisor at drilling Rigs, FPSO, Pypelay Motor vessel, Spooling vessel, Shipyard, Spool Base, Supply boats on hire/ off hire, Safety audits and working at company main Office. Gap analysis training / Compliance with Brazilian Laws x Companies procedures. Travels outside Brazil to pick up oils rigs, mobilization and safety inspection. Working to prepare Rigs for Navy Inspections, Helideck Inspections and Health Authority (ANVISA). Also prepare rigs for client Audit and general inspection prior start operations.
