My leadership emphasizes safety, accountability, and collaboration, creating a high-performance culture across all levels of the organization.In addition to regional responsibilities, I serve as a member of Enerflex’s Enterprise Executive Management Team (EMT), helping guide global strategy and execution across 16 countries and over 4,500 employees.With deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution, I lead with a consistent focus on customer success, innovation, and sustainable business growth.
