Increased collection rate of E-commerce (reserve & collect, reserve & deliver) from 67% to 81%, reduced order collection time to <60 minutes. Introduced a wide range of measures to increase stock turnover: reduced stock reach from 130 to 105 days (2021 vs 2019), reduced old stock share to 14.4%(2021 vs 2020). Implemented a central mass recruitment center. Result: reduction of time to hire from 14 to 2 days. Increased employee productivity +1.1 bln RUB.(2021). Introduced new assortments and extended product matrix +550 mln RUB (2021). Enlarged B2B sales +500 mln RUB (2021) Implemented a new E-commerce infrastructure and process optimization +400 mln.
