Software Quality Analyst focused on consistently pleasurable UX, functionality and content to give users the best experience they can have. I question every turn a user can make in a story or an application. I seek to understand unanticipated actions or creative users that can result in problems from UX to deeper in the system or story path. I enjoy releasing quality products and features on-time and in-scope. The past decade plus in software and writing as well as many years in fisheries biology have taught me to plan well, but be prepared to change those plans. For software, this starts early in business design and includes tight milestone management during execution with flexibility. For scripts it is many drafts and listening to feedback. Following a set SDLC process and cross-team communication puts the product on \'rails\' for successive smooth and timely releases. Getting this process in place is important to me and helps response time when variables such as 3rd-party updates or business changes occur.
