For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, training, and operational support. Across roles in fast-paced, customer-centered environments, I’ve focused on helping people understand systems, adopt new tools, and engage with clear, well-structured processes.My background includes end-user training, technical troubleshooting, workflow documentation, system rollout support, and cross-functional collaboration. At Apple, I contributed to the design and documentation of an internal mobile app used across hundreds of retail locations and led training initiatives that helped teams navigate new tools and procedures with confidence. My experience also includes event coordination work, where I partnered with organizers to align logistics, expectations, and on-site support.I enjoy translating complex information into accessible guidance, strengthening communication across teams, and creating experiences, whether digital or in person, that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and welcoming. My studies in UX/UI design further shaped how I approach problem-solving and communication.Outside of work, you’ll often find me listening to science podcasts, spending time as a substitute teacher in Montessori classrooms, where I’m constantly inspired by how young learners engage with the world, and exploring design, from the details of great products to the ways environments and systems shape how people interact.

   Conducting New Employee Onboarding (NEO) programs across various Apple Retail locations, seamlessly integrating new hires and elevating the competencies within an existing workforce of over 100 employees, underscoring an aptitude in instructional design and user engagement.• Crafting and refining Keynote presentations that adhere to Apple\'s corporate style guide, driving learning and connection goals, highlighting visual design and storytelling skills.• Chosen as one of 10 from a team of 2,500+ to support multiple high-profile Apple Corporate Events, including product launches at Apple Park, underscoring an ability to rally people around a common goal.• Conceived the initial look and feel for Apple\'s Women@Apple Retail US East Diversity Network Association website using Keynote and Pages, honing stakeholder communication, and design skills.• Initiated and executed the design and implementation of a virtual training program during COVID-19, adapting to remote work challenges and receiving commendation from Senior Management for maintaining high engagement and team coherence, demonstrating agility and user-centered design thinking during a critical period.
